FREE 30-Day Returns:
With adidas’ 30-day return policy, there are no catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process:
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the day it reaches your doorstep.
- Once the pickup request is initiated, customers will have a window of 3 business days to handover the item/order.
- Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non refundable.
- For cash on delivery refund, an email will be sent containing bank information, all you need is to fill it and send it back to us. Please note that if the bank information is not sent back within 5 days, the amount will be refunded back automatically as voucher refund (valid for one year).
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
- Due to product limitations and hygiene reasons, the below items cannot be returned:
- Swimwear, Underwear, Beauty products & Lingerie
- Gift Vouchers

- One of our friendly adidas drivers or shipping partners will pick up your purchase FREE of charge. Once your return is inspected by our fulfilment center, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 10 to 14 business days.
- If items purchased are not as per your order or are damaged when you receive them, we will gladly handle all collection and shipments straight from your doorstep.
- For PayPal orders, refunds to your account will be credited within 2 business days.
- Purchases using Cash on Delivery will be refunded via Bank Transfer - a bank information request will be sent in an email and customers will need to fill it and send it back to us. Please note that if the bank information is not sent back within 5 days, the amount will be refunded back automatically as voucher refund (valid for one year).
Exchange policy: Exchange with a different size item is only available if the requested size is in stock. Customers will need to provide the name and size of the item to be exchanged; a note will be escalated to the related department and the item will be picked up by the delivery representative. Once it is received, the new item will be sent. Please note that the exchange is allowed only once per order. If the exchanged order did not fit, you can request for a return.
